I'm a baseball player who's constantly playing or practicing year-round. I've been using the red light therapy for recovery, and it has been a game changer. My muscles feel less sore after games and workouts, and it has improved my recovery time. Red light therapy has become an important part of my routine and I would recommend it to any athlete looking to recover faster and perform at their best.

Hello!
I'm reaching out to provide feedback on my experience with Red light therapy. I recently began doing about 2-3 sessions per week at Capitol Chiropractic , over the course of a couple of months. They have a state-of-the-art bed, and I can definitely feel a difference, in several aspects.
First, my main reason for starting it was due to an injury/fractured foot. I wanted to have the healing process move along more rapidly, which I do feel it was very beneficial for me. I have also had chronic shoulder pain for many years, and it has subsided substantially. It has also been great for my skin. My hair is very fine and thin, and my hairdresser pointed out that she is seeing baby hairs growing in. All in all it has energized me and been a great experience and I plan to continue to maintain my visits which are now approximately once per week in order to maintain the effectiveness. I highly recommend it!
